Oksana Bartish

Oksana Bartish has been with MFort Security Services for over three and a half years, building her career in both the Accounting and Payroll Department. She began in accounting, where she managed client invoicing, billing reports, payment preparation, employee contribution, benefit reporting, and union due reports. Oksana additionally, maintained client files, processed budget updates, and supported payroll alongside her accounting duties. This experience has given her a strong foundation in financial accuracy, compliance, and efficient operations.

Oksana later transitioned into the Payroll Department, where she currently oversees payroll processing, tracks payroll‑related expenses and ensures accurate employee deductions. Her responsibilities include preparing employee contributions, benefits, and union dues reports—covering 401(k), pension, and health insurance payments—while reviewing remittance reports, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining payroll tracking sheets and client files.

Her expertise spans accounting, payroll processing, and the full range of procedures that keep financial operations running smoothly. Oksana holds a Bookkeeping Diploma, a Computer Technician Diploma, and an Accounting Certificate from Oakton Community College. She is also currently pursuing her FPC Certificate to continue expanding her professional knowledge. Outside of work, Oksana enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
