Ricardo Carrillo

Ricardo Carrillo joined the industry in 2016 as a Security Officer working for a privately owned national security provider for over 5 years. He has served as a Security Officer, Site Supervisor, and Operations Manager.

 

Ricardo joined MFort Security Services management Team in 2021 as the Operations Manager. Ricardo has experience in industrial, logistics, and residential security operations serving clients in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

 

This experience has allowed Ricardo to successfully create positive work relationships with field employees and offer effective solutions to client’s needs. His main objective is to ensure all clients and field employees across the board are supported with hands on management which results in trustworthy and successful service.

 

Ricardo graduated from Morton Community College in 2017 with an Associates Degree. During his time off, Ricardo enjoys exercising, going to sporting events, and spending time with his friends and family.
