Ricardo Carrillo

​Ricardo Carrillo began his career in the security industry in 2016 as a Security Officer with a privately owned national provider. He quickly progressed through roles as Site Supervisor and Operations Manager over the course of five years. In 2021, he joined MFort Security Services as Operations Manager, bringing a proven record of leadership and front-line experience to the management team.

Ricardo has specialized in industrial, logistic, and residential security operations throughout Chicago and its surrounding suburbs, now focusing on residential in downtown Chicago. Known for his firsthand approach, he fosters strong relationships with field personnel and collaborates closely with clients to deliver tailored security solutions that emphasize reliability, service, and trust.

Dedicated to operational excellence, Ricardo ensures that both clients and employees receive the support they need to maintain high performance and satisfaction across every site. He earned his associate degree from Morton Community College in 2017 and enjoys an active lifestyle through fitness, sporting events, and quality time with friends and family.
