Randy Johnston

Randy Johnston brings over two decades of leadership in the contract security industry, following a distinguished 21-year career in the U.S. Army. During his military service, he held high-security assignments around the world, including nuclear weapons storage sites, tactical deployment zones, multi-national intelligence facilities, and strategic command centers. These roles demanded precision, discretion, and unwavering discipline—qualities that continue to define his leadership today.

After transitioning into private security, Randy began as a Security Officer and quickly advanced to Regional Vice President for a national security firm before joining MFort Security Services. His career has encompassed every facet of contract security, including operational oversight, HR integration, compliance, and workforce management. He is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) through ASIS International and holds a bachelor’s degree in business and management from the University of Maryland.

Randy has extensive experience delivering security services, safety protocols, and EMT services across a wide range of industries—including Healthcare, Automotive, Chemical, Logistics, Transportation, Ammunition Production, and Executive Business Complexes. Known for his commitment to mission-readiness and client satisfaction, he leads with integrity, precision, and a deep respect for the people and organizations he serves. Outside of work, Randy maintains a regular fitness regimen and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
