Omar Vargas

Omar Vargas is an Operations Manager at MFort Security Services, where he works closely with his concierge officers to ensure optimal site coverage and high-quality service. In his role, he also collaborates with property managers to develop and implement customized security and concierge plans tailored to each property’s needs. He has been with MFort for 8 months and has 14 years of experience in the security industry, including 2 years as a security officer and 12 years in various management roles. Omar has managed a diverse range of properties and sectors, including industrial manufacturing facilities, recycling operations, government offices, private events and concerts, as well as commercial and residential sites. He has also led rapid response units responsible for patrolling private communities and supporting retail environments.

Omar is currently furthering his professional development by taking courses in cybersecurity, computer language scripting, and data processing. Outside of work, he enjoys attending live sporting events, going to comedy clubs and the movies, and spending quality time with his family, friends, and his dog. He is very happy to have joined MFort and looks forward to continuing to contribute to the company’s success.
