Aileen Solis

​As a Human Resources Generalist, Aileen Solis specializes in talent acquisition and benefits reporting, including 401(k) and pension reports, as well as union communication and coordination. She is passionate about connecting people with roles where they can thrive and grow in their careers. Her role in talent acquisition includes sourcing candidates, interviewing, following up during the interview and hiring process, uniform fitting and preparation, as well as administering drug screenings, and initiating background checks.

When she first ventured into the security field, she started as a Flex Officer in July of 2021. Although this was for a brief time, it gave her valuable firsthand insight into the demands faced by our concierge officers. She then transitioned to the beginning of her career in HR. During her time in HR, she has been tasked with conducting new hire orientation, representing the company at hiring events, maintaining strong client relations, conducting on-site training, and managing tailored hiring and employee relations at one of Chicago’s cultural properties. Now, she has a background of five years in HR and is continuing to develop her skills at MFort where she has been since September of 2024.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her pets. She has three dogs, Kuma, Leo, and Bojack, in addition to two cats, Harry and Cat.
