Aylah Cabrera

Aylah Cabrera brings more than four years of experience in the HR industry—and for the past two years, she’s been an essential part of the MFort Security Services team.

In her role as Human Resources Manager, Aylah plays a vital part in shaping the employee experience from the moment someone applies to join our team. She leads with a strong focus on employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and building a positive, supportive workplace culture. Whether she’s guiding new hires through onboarding, helping employees navigate workplace challenges, or ensuring our policies reflect best practices, Aylah approaches every task with professionalism, empathy, and a people-first mindset. Her dedication continues to strengthen the foundation of our organization and contributes to the sense of community that makes MFort Security Services.

Aylah’s path into HR began with her studies in Business and Communications, where she completed coursework toward a double major before transitioning full-time into the HR field. Her academic background gives her a strong understanding of both organizational strategy and effective communication. Never one to stop learning, Aylah is currently working toward earning her SHRM-CP Certification, a milestone that reflects her commitment to professional growth and her desire to bring even more value to the MFort team. Outside the office, Aylah enjoys reading and bowling, especially with the MFort team, where she is usually taking the lead of First Place.
