Since joining MFort three years ago, he has successfully led residential facility operations, safeguarding assets, data, and personnel through a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on field engagement.

As an Operations Manager, Modesto is recognized for his ability to motivate and guide teams of security professionals. This is done through conducting thorough field inspections across shifts to ensure compliance with industry standards and proactively addressing operational needs. His extensive experience provides him with a deep understanding of security principles, regulations, and best practices that drive excellence in protective services.

With his military background of six years aboard U.S. Navy ships and three years in NATO command operations in Naples, Italy—cemented his expertise in coordination, adaptability, and mission-focused leadership.
