Modesto Correa

Modesto serves as an Operations Manager at MFort, overseeing the daily operations of residential security facilities. His responsibilities include protecting assets, data, and personnel, as well as assisting with the hiring, training, and supervision of security staff. He conducts field inspections across all shifts to ensure compliance with uniform standards and to address any concerns or needs from his team.

Modesto meets with clients bi-monthly to review service requests, discuss policy or procedural updates, and ensure expectations are being met. With 16 years of experience in the security industry—and over 2 years at MFort—he has developed a deep understanding of security principles and a strong ability to lead and motivate teams. His expertise includes incident analysis, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.

Before entering the private security sector, Modesto served for 9 years in the United States Navy and NATO as an Operations Specialist. He spent 6 years aboard a Navy ship and 3 years stationed with NATO forces in Naples, Italy. His military background has contributed significantly to his leadership style, discipline, and operational awareness.
