With over 28 years of experience in the security industry, Derek Uchacz is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Director of Operations at MFort Security Services. In his role, Derek is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring client satisfaction, while providing support to our clients, employees and his team. His leadership and operational oversight play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality service.
